The company is looking for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to fill its team. The individual in post will report to the workshop manager and will be responsible for repairing the fleet of vehicles and heavy machinery, by carrying out various repair work as follows:
- Carry out general mechanical repairs on trucks and heavy machinery;
- Perform periodic maintenance operations;
- Perform fault diagnostics;
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical and hydraulic systems, and;
- Perform any other related tasks relating to the mechanical workshop.
Qualifications required for the position:
- Have a valid driver's license;
- Minimum 6 years of experience;
- DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics, electromechanics or equivalent training;
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electricity;
- Skill in using electronic tools. CARDS, PUNCH.
