Terms and conditions

By submitting an order to Gauvreau Terre De Surface, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following:

  1. The customer confirms having provided accurate, complete and sufficient information for the processing of their order.
  2. The client acknowledges having chosen himself the materials required for his work and having taken note of the product descriptions made available by Gauvreau Terre De Surface.
  3. Gauvreau Terre De Surface cannot be held responsible for any error resulting from a wrong choice of materials made by the client.
  4. The materials sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable, particularly in case of an order error on the part of the customer.
  5. No monetary refund is made, without exception.
  6. In the event that an adjustment is exceptionally granted at the sole discretion of Gauvreau Terre De Surface, it will only take the form of a store credit.
    This credit:
    1. Has no monetary value;
    2. Cannot be converted into cash;
    3. Is non-transferable;
    4. Must be used in accordance with the conditions specified at the time of issue, if applicable.
  7. The customer acknowledges being responsible for all additional costs arising from an incorrect order, including but not limited to the costs associated with a second trip for delivery of the appropriate materials.
  8. The customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to be present during delivery.
  9. In case of absence of the customer at the time of delivery, he agrees that the unloading location is determined at the sole discretion of the driver.
  10. The client acknowledges that the delivery location must be accessible and safe for the delivery truck as well as the driver.
  11. Any decision regarding delivery constraints is at the sole discretion of the driver.
  12. The client releases Gauvreau Terre De Surface from any liability for damage that may be caused to its property during delivery.
  13. Delivery charges are non-refundable upon the arrival of the truck at the delivery locations.
  14. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec.
  15. If any provision of these conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
